Conference Call Facility
Our conference facility is simple to use and quick to set up, you don't need an account with us and you can start using it straight away!
To use the service simply dial 08715 200 100
(calls cost 8.5p per minute plus VAT from a UK landline on a standard BT tariff. Calls from other networks may vary)
Instructions
- Dial the conference number 08715 200 100
- Press 1 to join a conference or 2 to set up a conference
- If 2 is pressed you will be given a unique 6 digit code. Make a note of this code. It will stay valid for thirty days
- Arrange a time with all of the calling parties and give them the six digit reference number
- Dial in at the agreed time, press 1 and then enter the six digit code.
- State your name
- Controls – Press *5 (Star Five) to mute and *5 to un-mute.
- At the end of the call, or to leave the call, simply hang up. You can rejoin the call, if it is still active, at any time
