Geographic Local Area
Gives your business number specific to a Local Area, ideal for advertisements or to ensure a regional presence

0845 Business Rate
The 0845 code is a well established business number that offers callers a low rate. It is an ideal code to choose for your main day to day contact number.

0844 Business Rate
0844 fixed rate calls, from 1p up to 5p per minute. Up to 3p you will subsidise your callers by paying a little towards their call. The 4p and 5p range offer a small revenue return meaning that you earn money from your calls.

0871 National Numbers
Calls fixed from 5p to 10p per minute. Ideal for support calls as a revenue share is received on all calls at all times.

05 | VOIP
056 numbers, also known as LIECS (Location Independent Electronic Communications Services), are numbers that are to be used for VOIP only

03 | UK Wide
The new UK national non-geographic range. Calls cost the equivalent of a regular telephone call and are often included in mobile phone bundles

Step 3: Choosing Your Number:
This is the best part, you get to choose your new number from our huge list of available telephone numbers. For a little extra why not treat yourself to a Silver, Gold or Platinum rated numbers.
Step 4: Setting Up Your Account:
At this stage we will ask you to complete your details. If you already have an account with us, you can simply add your user name and password and move to the next stage. If you are a new customer, please fill in your contact details.
Step 5: Last Stage - Payment:
The last part of the set up is to enter your credit card details and press the “Finish” key. Once you’ve completed this stage your number is live and ready to use.
Step 6: Using Your Number:
Log in to the Administrative Console www.switchins.co.uk and choose “My Numbers” from the home page. Click on “Configure” to set up your number. Manuals and user guides are available but, of course, you are welcome to call one of our Customer Service advisors
